藥師佛聖誕大加持法會

來自東方琉璃世界的生日祝福！

從前，有一個小男孩叫做小蛙。這天是小蛙的生日，但是爸爸、媽媽都在忙。
.
小蛙非常傷心，他獨自一人走到公園去玩¸小蛙覺得一個人實在很無聊，他躺在草地上望著天空，忽然天空飄落一張卡片到他身旁，小蛙順手撿起，他望著小卡覺得非常新奇，是一尊藥師佛！沒多久小蛙竟將藥師佛卡拽在懷裡睡著了…
.
藥師佛找了祂的左右好幫手「月光菩薩」與「日光菩薩」一起陪小蛙過生日；還有十二位長相威武的大孩子們也從天而降，各自帶了一份生日禮物，要送給小蛙。還告訴小蛙可以許三個生日願望，小蛙好開心呀，立即就脫口而出：我想和爸爸媽媽一起過生日！藥師佛點點頭也爽快地答應了。藥師佛領著小蛙展開了一段神奇又奇幻的，藥師琉璃世界奇幻之旅。

小蛙首先參觀了東方琉璃世界的美麗宮殿；然後跟著藥師佛到山林中學習認識草藥、搓藥丸、燒捏藥缽，小蛙玩得不亦樂乎；最後他跟著藥師佛回到爸爸媽媽在的世界裡，一起幫忙將搓好的藥丸、藥缽分送給生病的人們。一轉眼，原本黑漆黯淡的世界，突然大放光彩，變成一座熱鬧的遊樂園，一道道美麗的七彩光芒幻化成一座座美麗的彩虹橋，小蛙瞇著眼開心地跳上這座彩虹橋。

不知飛了多久，當小蛙再度睜開眼睛，就看見爸爸媽媽笑臉盈盈的摟著小蛙說：「快醒醒，爹地、媽咪回來陪你啦，別再睡覺了！」原來藥師佛是滿願佛，小蛙終於可以和爸爸媽媽一起開心過生日啦。

每個人也像小蛙一樣，都有一些大大小小的願望，希望能夠實現。

Birthday Wishes from the Eastern Lapis Lazuli World!

Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Xiaowa. On his birthday, both his parents were busy.

Xiaowa was very upset and went to the park to play by himself. He felt really bored playing alone. As he was lying on the grass and looking up at the sky, suddenly a card fell gently from the sky and dropped by his side. Xiaowa picked it up and looked at the little card with curiosity. It was Medicine Buddha! Not long after, Xiaowa fell asleep with the Medicine Buddha card in his hands...

The Medicine Buddha got his 2 wonderful assistants, "Moonlight Bodhisattva" and "Sunlight Bodhisattva" to accompany Xiaowa to celebrate his birthday. There were also 12 formidable-looking big children who descended from the sky, each bringing a birthday present for Xiaowa. They also told Xiaowa that he could have three birthday wishes. Xiaowa was so thrilled that he immediately blurted out: “I want to celebrate my birthday with my parents!” The Medicine Buddha nodded and agreed. The Medicine Buddha led Xiaowa on a magical fantasy journey to the Medicine Buddha Lapis-Lazuli world.

Xiaowa first toured the beautiful palace of the Eastern Lapis-Lazuli world. Next, he followed Medicine Buddha to the forest on the mountain to learn about herbs, made medicine pills, and medicine bowls. Xiaowa had a good time. Finally, he followed the Medicine Buddha and returned to his parents’ world. In this world, they helped to distribute the pills and medicine bowls to the sick. In a blink of an eye, the world that was dark was suddenly illuminated with brilliance and turned into a lively amusement park. Rays of beautiful multi-colored lights transformed into beautiful rainbow bridges. Xiaowa squinted and hopped onto the Rainbow Bridge.

When he opened his eyes, Xiaowa saw his father and mother smiling and saying, "Wake up my child, daddy and mommy have come back to accompany you. Don't sleep anymore!" So Medicine Buddha is actually a wish fulfilling Buddha and Xiaowa could finally celebrate his birthday with his parents.

Everyone, like Xiaowa, has some wishes that they hope to fulfill.

2018年9月6日凌晨3點08分，日本北海道的札幌地區發生了芮氏規模6.7的大地震。強震造成多處路面、建築物嚴重毀損。放眼望去，滿目瘡痍，街道上隨處可見扭曲變形的房子、斷裂的路面，甚至是因管線破裂而造成土壤液化，至今仍然餘震不斷。

願為當地居民祈福！
希望一切傷害都能減到最低，吉祥平安。

誦念《六字大明咒》的神奇威力

有同修問：「誦念《六字大明咒》之後，人生會有什麼改變嗎？」
.
我來給大家講一個掃地僧的故事。廟裡有師徒二人，一天，師父要去遠遊，臨行前對徒弟說：「你要好好照看庭院，記得每天打掃。」徒弟問：「那我該怎麼修煉功課呢？」師父想：這徒弟也不算聰明，教他什麼都記不住，就讓他念最簡單的咒語吧。於是說：「你每天掃地的時候念六字大明咒，掃一下就念一遍。」
.
三年後，師父遠遊歸來，遠遠看到寺廟門口排著很多人，他走過去問怎麼回事？一位女施主告訴他：「這裡有位掃地僧，看病的功夫非常高，我們都是來找他看病的。」師父走進廟裡一看，正是他的傻徒弟在給人治病。
.
等晚上施主都散了，師父好奇地詢問原由，徒弟說：「我也沒什麼特別的修練，就是按照您囑咐的，每天掃地的時候念六字大明咒，我自己也沒什麼特殊的感覺。一天有位施主來上香時頭痛病犯了，我就給他念六字大明咒，一邊念、手一邊像掃地似的在他頭上掃掃，過了一會兒，他頭不痛了。就這樣，漸漸大家都來找我治病了。」師父連連讚歎。

六字大明咒是諸佛慈悲和智慧的音聲顯現，蘊藏了宇宙中的大威力、大智慧、大慈悲。至誠持誦，直達觀世音菩薩的本心，可得辯才無礙、清靜智慧和不可思議的法力，生起不退轉的慈悲心。這位掃地僧在持誦時心無旁鶩，無所求、無所執，內心清靜、無雜無染，日久功自深，誠心持誦《六字大明咒》實在是威力無比，奧妙無窮。

The Magical Power from Reciting the Six-Syllable Mantra

Fellow practitioners had asked me, "After reciting the Six-Syllable Mantra, what are the changes to our lives?"

Let me share with you a story about a "sweeping" monk. There were once two disciples in the temple. One day, the master decided to travel afar. Saying to his disciple before he left, "You have to take good care of the courtyard. Remember to clean it every day." The disciple asked, "How shall I practice my homework?" The master thought, "This disciple is not too smart, and can't remember much that I teach, so I'll ask him to recite the simplest mantra". Thus he said, "When you sweep the floor every day, you read the Six-Syllable Mantra with every swipe."

Three years later, as the master returned and was approaching, he could see a lot of people queuing in front of the temple, so he asked what the issue was. A female donor told him, "There's a "sweeping" monk here who is very skilled at curing diseases. We're all here to consult him." The master went into the temple to check, and indeed it was his silly disciple who was treating the patients.

At night, after the donors had left, the master curiously asked for the reason. The disciple explained, "I do not have any special practice. I merely followed your instructions: every day when sweeping, I recite the Six-Syllable mantra. Personally, I have no special sensation." One day, a donor who came to offer incense had a headache attack. I offered him the Six-Syllable mantra, chanting as I "swept" his head, just like the way I sweep the floor. After a while, his head no longer ached. In this way, gradually everyone started coming to me for treatment." Hearing this, the master praised the disciple unreservedly.

The Six-Syllable Mantra is the manifestation of the wisdom and compassion of all the Buddhas, and contains the great power, great wisdom and great compassion of the universe. Sincere chanting direct us to Guanyin Bodhisattva's heart, and elevate our faculties; it may enhance our eloquence, sense of serenity, wisdom, capability and boundless capacity. It also inspires the development of an unwavering heart of compassion. The "sweeping" monk was resolute in his chanting practice. He had no desire and no fixation. With a pure heart that is neither disordered nor tainted, the monk attained a deep level of competency over time. The sincere recitation of the Great Six-Syllable Mantra is certainly powerful beyond expectations, with endless wonders for its practitioners.
